This is a classic family owned Japanese American restaurant. My bf orders more American: candy rolls, fried foods, and American teriyaki. My orders are usually more traditional: sashimi, kama, nigiri's. I think we cover a good base and have been here a few times. The vibe here is fast casual family and I enjoy it! One night it was three couples including us and it felt like a date spot! I think the cleanliness, value, the owners, and the no nonsense, no frills, straight to the point service are why this place is a consistent win in my book. The prices here remind me of going to eat food like this with my parents... I'm talking pricing... I had to double take the menu cause I didn't believe some of the great value! I was like is it 2005? lol Give it a shot!

Portion sizing was very generous and food was fresh and tasty. The teriyaki sauce was awesome, but the tempura was my favorite. Sushi was also very fresh and tasted great! My kids loved it. We will be back!

We came here during lunch hours and it was pretty crowded, so we decided to eat outside. Overall, the staff was very accommodating and still attentive to us despite being outside. They have a great menu with a wide selection of items, including udon, ramen, nigiri, hand rolls, etc. The prices are reasonable and nothing too much. We were a pretty large party of 10 people and they were able to get the food out pretty fast. It's not the most amazing quality fish/sushi, but for what it is, it's not a bad option,

This review is strictly for online take out order. Ordered the TNT roll.....oooh so good. Generous portion, perfectly flash fried. I'm not the most adventurous sushi eater but this roll was a knock out of the park in my opinion. It's a spicy tuna roll with jalapenos and avocado inside then deep fried and topped with micro fish eggs and special sauce. I will absolutely get this again. Sometimes fish eggs are a bit much for me but because this were so small, they didn't taste like anything or give any odd texture issues. My only personal downside is the ginger was smashed up against one end of the roll so in my opinion those 2 pieces tasted like spicy soap. In the future I'll call to order as you cannot make any alterations through the online ordering system.
